Before Superintendent Theresa Williams began her reign, when public comments were being made during School Board Meetings, the public commenters and the Plano ISD School Board Trustees were visible on the Board Meeting videos that were posted online.

That has slowly eroded away into concealment and obscurity.

First, the camera view of the Plano ISD School Board Trustees and Administrators was stripped away.

Then, the camera views of the School Board and the public commenter were removed.

That’s right, taxpayers, we are footing the bill for the editing of Board Meeting videos to prevent the public from seeing how the Plano ISD School Board Trustees and Administrators respond to the public commenters. Are they awake? Paying attention? Taking notes? Passing notes? Rolling their eyes? Whispering to each other? From personal videos that have circulated online by attendees of these meetings, all of the above are possible.

Just look at the entertainment that the viewers are being denied!

And speaking of editing skills…for a brief amount of time that October 1, 2024 Plano ISD Board Meeting video was posted online in its unedited version as seen here:

This unedited video (above) has been replaced by what is currently online.

Why doesn’t the Plano ISD Board of Trustees and Administrators want to be seen? Why don’t they want us to see the public comment speakers?

What are the Plano ISD Board of Trustees and Administrators hiding or afraid of?
